Job Description

Pandora Media is looking for an experienced Sales Planner for our sales team who has a background in interactive advertising experience with a proven track record of acquiring new business and building/maintaining client relationships. The right candidate will also be highly organized and detailed-oriented, with solid communication skills and the ability to work on multiple ongoing projects.


Responsibilities:
• Responsible for working with sales team to build and grow our current client list
• Pre and post sales operations support to the sales team
• Develop strong/deep relationships with ad agencies and clients responsible for online advertising
• Provide pre-sales support to Sales Reps by pulling accurate inventory availability forecasts/reports in DFP's Availability Forecast
• Help with execution, completion and fulfillment of requests for proposal (RFPs)
• Assist Sales with @Plan, Comscore and Ad Relevance reports
• Review media plans to ensure accuracy of placement details
• Assist in filling out advertising spec templates and answering questions about Pandora's ad specs
• Enter media plan details into MediaVisor or Atlas as necessary
• Responsible for procedures related to booking the insertion orders, including successfully entering and reserving ad inventory using DART Sales Manager contract management system
• Work with ad operations to review campaigns and create post-campaign reports for advertisers
• Develop strong understanding of Pandora's ad products and sponsorship opportunities
• Ensure that our premiere clients receive the highest level of sales customer service
• Provide scalable solutions for advertisers

• 1-3 years experience in similar position in Online Advertising/Marketing
